Prof. Hong-Qing Ling:　 Ph.D. Principal Investigator

Research Interests: Molecular biology of plant nutrition and wheat molecular genetics. Main research works are focused on studying the molecular mechanisms of iron and phosphate uptake and metabolism in plants, analysis of wheat genomics.　

Brief CV: 1993, Ph.D. Christian-Albrechts University of Kiel, Germany; 1993-1997, Postdoctoral training, Institute for Plant Genetics and Crop Research, Germany; 1998-2000, Senior research scientist, Institute of Plant Biology, University of Zurich, Switzerland; 2001-present, principal investigator, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, CAS; Director of the State Key Laboratory of Plant Cell and Chromosome Engineering since 2006.
